Nexus HCM was started by Business Intelligence Experts with over a decade of experience in the business working with the likes of ADP, Ultimate Software and it's merger UKG. We saw the struggles of small to midsize businesses having to wait in long lines to obtain a customized report or dashboard. We also saw the need for connecting businesses with their data insights so that they could make informed business decisions in a timely fashion. That is when Nexus HCM was created.

We specifically work with our clients to gain an understanding of their needs and fulfilling those needs through consulting, analytics, developing, testing and delivery all at a reasonable rate!
